Please respect the time of your appointment
If you arrive more than 2 minutes late, your hairdresser has the discretion to offer your place to the next available customer in the waiting line and you lose your priority.
Please arrive with your hair ready for cutting
This means clean and with little or no styling products in your hair. No shampoo is necessary at STATION10. All our tools are cleaned and disinfected between each client.
Payment by credit / debit card only
In order to speed up service and reduce the risk of theft / fraud, all payment transactions are electronic. Cash payments are not accepted. If you would like to tip your hairdresser, you can do so using your debit / credit card during checkout.
Modify or cancel your appointment
Compensation of your hairdresser depends a lot on your commitment to show up at the scheduled time of your appointment. If for some reasons you can no longer make it to your appointment as planned, it is important to let us know either by modifying or canceling your appointment. Just follow the instructions you received by email with your booking confirmation.
